N9 - Multi-tasking [27 apps and games!]

One of the gems of Meego OS, is that it is so light and fluid. Even with many apps and games running in the background, the performance still measures up.

I know that it is difficult to convince people, you and including me initially, that Nokia is capable of producing something which does not lag… Given the perception on Symbian and definitely not after the infamous N97. But the truth is, Meego is so fluid and smooth with one 1Ghz of processing power, unlike what most phone out there going into 1.4Ghz Dual core.

The multi-tasking

Someone even asked me online, to try Meego multi-tasking till it crashes. I didn’t dare to do such things but, I tried randomly opened up to 27 apps and games and it is still working fine. Yes some slowness can be felt but, it is working perfectly fine. I don’t think any other smart phone out there right now can do such a task.

So I recorded a video to show what I meant.
