This is the
first installment of the several posts on the Nokia N9 and the Meego OS. Here
we will see the look and feel of the brand new OS and the 3 home views namely,
Apps view, Multi-tasking view and Notifications and Feeds view.
No amount of
words and explanation can describe how the Meego OS look and feel like so, I
decided to post in video instead of writing how something feels like. Make
sense isn’t it?
Let’s cut
the cheese, Meego OS – UI look and feel.
So yup, that’s
the first preview of more videos to come. Watch this blog for more previews and
demos.
Added on 13th Oct 2011: Someone point out to me that Google plus is not integrated into the N9. So in the video, I said that notifications includes Google plus updates, there is a way to make it happen despite not having Google plus integrated. All you have to do is to set G+ notifications to your gmail, and then sign into your gmail account on your N9. Every new email sent by G+ to your gmail, will be shown on the notification view of N9.
